As for forums, there is that one thread in the in-game gatherings forum where the guy gives away 100m for character portraits he likes. He does too, he gave an alt of mine some last month.

Well other than PVE you only have a few limited options if you need to earn ISK.

PVP and gather loot (tbh not easy at all to make a profit this way).
Trading/PI/Reactions, and other passive means (though capital still required)
Gambling, entering contests or asking for donations (Begging) ....
ISK doubling/Scamming/Prostitution/Corp theft

Sounds like you'd be best off PVE'ing to fill that wallet.

Unless you're like me, just buy some plex, sell them, instant billionaire.

And the only way I've found to play like that is selling plex.

Oh, can always run locates for people. If you have a character with good locator agents, lurk in Locates Are Us and snatch up the locate requests before others. 5m per locate.

I use to luv exploring, but that was back when explorers were armed to the teeth. There was a revamp to how it is now with the mini-games and unarmed ships, yet expensive faction modules. Just pop them and loot. After you pop it and pod, get rid of the hull and recloak for the next, which will be there in no time

Is it? I thought they were transferring their main. 200m sp would be a main. Likely they have a 20m or 30m alt and I'd really put it out there for your interest(Black asking for alt)... I mean if it's not some industrial alt. Even if you need to scratch up a couple plex, if it's a solid cyno scout, combat pilot, marketing mogul, they may even have a widow pilot! Seriously, many vets have serious support alts. But you gotta ask a little more specific, nicely, not just gimme.

I love World of Warships, but, this must be qualified by revealing that I'm a bit of a naval warfare buff. Post-Dreadnought, specifically. I'm not really into the Age of Sail, as cool as it was.

Don't stay liquid, you should invest it into something. PLEX is easy, but there are things that can go up more between now and the time you return. That can take time with buy orders though. PLEX is easy though, and likely to hit 2b+ eventually.

Understandable, it's the same thing that turns most people away and that's we try to emphasize it. C5s are an ISK factory, so not everyone can understand why we don't use it to make money. Some of our people run the occasional site solo or with a friend for some extra income, or suck a little gas here and there but that's about it.

Running sites means locking your hole down (if you're doing it right). And nobody likes that when the corp's made up of people who already have ISK and just want to go and pew stuffs.

Ded sites are great way of making isk
